Aparthotel Tropic Garden, Santa Eularia des Riu

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tired-looking and needed some TLC, but the friendly cleaning staff did their best to keep them well looked after. Unfortunately, the food options were poor and often served cold, not meeting my expectations for a 4-star hotel. On the bright side, the spacious room had an amazing view of the pool and sea, with the bonus of sun loungers on the balcony. Despite the cleanliness issues after service, the staff were great overall.

The hotel is ideally situated with just a short 10-15 minute walk to the center and boasts a fantastic location near a large supermarket, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and offer a balcony with a nice view of the pool and entertainment area, perfect for families with children. The dining experience was decent with plenty of options, although prices were a bit high due to certain items. Overall, a great hotel with good facilities, but slightly away from the resort center and beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a fantastic view overlooking the pool area and the sea from a lovely large balcony. It was well presented with everything I needed, including a comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed and child bed in the lounge were a great touch, although it might not be ideal for families with two older children. The location was bustling with activity, especially near the Woogi activity club, but the short walk into Santa Eulalia was convenient. The dining experience offered a wide variety of food, although some items were a bit pricey. The service was a mix of unhelpful interactions at reception but fantastic assistance with car hire and tours. Overall, a great spot for families and those looking for a central location with beautiful views.
